Brian is the only Scottish Preston utility player we have. He has been a corner stone at the club for many a years both on and off the field and if you chopped him in half (which I would like to do) it would say "Heysham Atoms".

He is one of a number of Firemen we have at the club and is steadily working up the promotional ladder with his ability to breathe through his ears and having a very long brown tongue, as Dom would tell you (with a grin on his face).

Brian has done a sterling job with the ladies and he is also involved with coaching them as well at the moment.
On a serious note his commitment to the club has been unrivalled, he has been on the committee for numerous years and has coached the ladies to a good standard of rugby. He has played in numerous positions Loose forward, Second row, prop, hooker and for some unknown reason even Scum half (the worse thing was I was stand off!!). He is also involved in any big drinking events that happen to take place and is usually there at the end with his appendage hanging out singing "Flower of Bloody Scotland" again!
Brian has recently got engaged and every one at the club wishes him all the best and even through I hate to admit this Emma is a lucky girl.
