•  On the M6 exit at J34 - A683 towards Lancaster Morecambe Heysham.

•  From the exit turn onto Caton Road towards Lancaster/Morecambe

•  After about 1.5 miles you enter the start of the Lancaster one-way system, keep in the right hand lane following the signs for Morecambe, which will take onto Greyhound bridge over the river onto Morecambe Road .

•  Keeping on this road go straight ahead at two roundabouts. (Passing the Lancaster & Morecambe college on your right after the 1 st and then McDonalds on your left after the 2 nd roundabout.)

•  At the next roundabout take 2nd exit (signposted Town Centre) and immediately on the mini roundabout, take 1st exit onto Lancaster Road .

•  After approx 1 mile, go straight ahead at the mini-roundabout (Netto is on the right hand side) and then take the 2 nd left onto Out Moss Lane .

•  Go down to the bottom of this road passing over a cycle track. The Trimpell Sports and Social Club clubhouse is on the left hand side.

5.       At the next roundabout take 1st exit with the shrimp pub on your right hand side.Carry on straight along this road.Through the first set of lights,you will pass a focus diy on your left,carry on past the garage on your left and a fire station on your right.

6.   You will come to a bridge with a caravan park on your left,as you drop down the other side you take your second left along OSBORNE ROAD , if you follow this road to the very end you will come o a school (Heysham High School) with parking area .
